A subset of users experienced delays or failures in invoice email dispatch due to a temporary misconfiguration in our SMTP relay. The issue was isolated to specific domains and did not affect invoice generation or data integrity. We’ve resolved the configuration error and verified successful delivery across all affected accounts. Retry logic was triggered automatically, and no manual intervention was required.
